The Purpose of Meditation is to Master the Mind

Meditation is an Art by which you relax your body, still your mind, tune into and re-master your life essence and speed up the natural healing process. The left side of the brain is the analytical, rational, linear thinking side of us. The right side ofthe brain is the creative, intuitive aspect of us. Deep meditation brings about the fusion and complete balance of both sides.

True spiritual meditation practice eventually enables us to achieve an expansion of consciousness, to rediscover the true nature of our mind and attain Ultimate Liberation or Enlightenment.
