Yoga and Healing Come back Together Ling Chi Yoga is the beautiful organic union of the ancient art of yoga with the powerful practice of Ling Chi Healing in it’s true form as a path to self realization. Ling Chi Yoga adopts traditional approaches to yoga: asanas, pranayma, and bandhas (deep transfromational breathing techniques), kriyas, mudras, mantras and chants.

Together with a modern approach to the study of the yoga sutras, vedic teachings and buddhist sutras. A deep emphasis is placed on the movement of breath and prana (energy) through the body with vinyassa (flowing) yoga and in identifying physical, energetic, emotional and mental obstructions.

Ling Chi Yoga will help you to identify the obstacles that restrict you. You will learn how to lazer target these areas and use specific yoga and meditation practices to release and transform blockages. The flow of energy through the levels of your consciousness will greatly improve. This will activate, balance and realign the levels of your being whilst you are held and nurtured in the Ling Chi Healing Life Force.
